Our brief for this project was to make a simple identity for a brand whose aim is to promote better, personalised tourism and provide fresh work opportunities for Venetians. The logotype therefore needed to be global & accessible to travellers of all kinds. It was essential that the marquee we created gave a glimpse of the city’s heritage, while lending an elegant, modern treatment. Complimented with a warm colour palette and a bold typeface; our final piece brings together the Lion, eyes of Venetian masks, the traditional Gondola, the Rialto Bridge, and a visual representation of water.
